Privacy

We keep data collection to the bare minimum needed to run the site. That mostly means basic analytics, which tell us roughly how many people visit and which articles they read, plus cookies that remember simple preferences like whether you've dismissed a notice.

We don't ask you to create an account to read anything. If you email us, we keep that message so we can reply, and nothing more. We don't build profiles on readers or try to track you across other sites.

We don't sell or hand over your information to third parties for marketing. The analytics and hosting tools we rely on process some technical data on our behalf, and we choose ones that handle it responsibly.

If you have a question about your data or want a message you sent us deleted, just write to the contact address and we'll sort it out. We'd rather keep this simple and honest than bury it in legal language.
